Who is responsible for your information

Snappy Systems is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. If you have any questions about this notice or about your information, email admin@snappysystem.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you fill in our contact form, we collect:

• your first and last name
• your email address
• your company name
• your job title, if you enter one
• the service area you select, if you select one
• whatever you write in the message box

We don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising tools on this site, so we don't build a profile of your browsing. Like any website, our host records basic technical information such as IP addresses and browser types in its server logs, which is used to keep the site running securely.

Why we use it

We use the details you send for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss and carry out work for you. We don't sell your information, rent it, or trade it with anyone. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Where it goes

Our website is hosted by Netlify, and contact form submissions are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Both companies process this information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments. Because they are US-based, your information may be stored or processed in the United States.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or with a professional adviser such as an accountant or lawyer where necessary.

Fonts loaded from Google

This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We don't control what Google does with it. You can read Google's privacy policy on their website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them: while we're in conversation with you, and afterwards for our business records. If an enquiry doesn't lead to work and you'd like it deleted sooner, just ask.

Keeping it safe

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to form submissions and email is protected by passwords and account security. No system is completely secure, so please don't send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. Wait until we've agreed a secure way to share it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Email admin@snappysystem.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can. Depending on where you live, such as the EU, the UK, or California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honour those too.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and isn't intended for children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
